Votum Restaurant is a return to form, a timeless fine dining experience—intimate and inviting, unassuming and uncrowded, with the table the frame, the plate the canvass and each guest the most important person in the room. Pressed white linens spotlit from above create a soft and warm, cloistered atmosphere.
Crossing the threshold from the sidewalk one exits Hood River and the current year to spend a few hours in the deliberate nowhere-nowhen of the dining room, where every need is anticipated, and every expectation exceeded. There is a genuine sense of place, but one intentionally framed and staged for the occasion.

The menu is seafood forward, featuring regional and global fish and shellfish. Vegetables and meats are generally sourced from the surrounding farms, with the addition of Caviar from the Netherlands and Wagyu from Miyazaki Japan.
Wine service features an optional pairing of local, regional, and global selections, with a wine cellar offering vintage Bordeaux, and new and old-world selections to compliment the menu.
Our offering is framed by the table, the table by the room, and the room by our vision. Votum is a place to be alone together and experience the best we have to offer. We wish you well, and hope to see you soon.
